To receive UvA-NEMO SMILE DATABASE:

1. Download, fill out, and sign the agreement form

Please note that the signee of the agreement must hold a permanent position at an academic institution.

2. Via your institutional e-mail address, send an e-mail to th.gevers [at] uva.nl which includes your purpose of usage and the signed agreement form.

3. Your request will be reviewed and the download details will be sent to your institutional e-mail address.
